‘U’ comes before ‘V’ when learning Alphabets. That’s what you learn first, don’t forget it now.

There comes a time in life when you stay unmoved by life’s uncertainties & problems . No matter how tough & challenging it gets, you just keep taking it.
Is that called as endurance. Was it missing earlier, no, if it was, how would you have reached so far.
Think about a marathon, or a strength training exercise or a simple treadmill.
All suggest to start from slow a warm up session & then increase the speed, resistance so that the body gets use to handle the pressure & then you can easily get through & once this becomes a routine, after initial days of exercising & the muscles getting sore & tight for the newbies when they decide not to stop & keep moving no matter however difficult it seem or sore they feel, eventually they realize that those muscles don’t feel tight any more. They realize an increase in their strength & feel that they can try for more. They realize that pushing limits in some situations gives awesome results. They realize that unless the sun burns, it cannot get bright! They realize that, there is sort of calmness in enduring!
I think so it is with life & the problems we face, even if you are the once continually facing it, one after the other & thinking why me all the time? Yes, you have the courage in you & are dealing with it well, but that emotional heart in there, if at all it is making you think why me? I want to tell you, let it weep a little…Don’t be too harsh on self…Aren’t we humans ? Aren’t  emotions in there for a reason? So can’t we cry? Let’s all cry together today? Let it all out…
Courage & crying start with C & so I want to say today that the ones who show their emotions are courageous. Enough of crying deep inside, it’s alright to let it out. I’m not telling you to stand in the middle of a street & let it all out, but just let go. Feel free, at times when need be. I’m courageous are you? Now it’s time to wipe those tears yours & mine. I’m feeling light already 🙂
Hope we’re sailing in the same boat?
So let’s get back to our strong self, we are used to handling stuff you see, we don’t cry for longer time periods. After all smile is good for glow. Who would not love a glowing face.
And we love ourselves. That is the most important thing we can do for us. Loving who we are. The day we learn to put ourselves first , we will be the most happy people in this world. Don’t get me wrong I’m not asking you to be selfish. I’m just asking you to wear your oxygen mask first before you try to help others.
‘U’ has to come before you reach to ‘V’ when learning Alphabets. Then why not take care of (U) first.
Always remember one thing that, support or no support for living & moving ahead in life all you need is a strong determination that come what may, you will take the journey, if people join you it’s good the journey will become more beautiful but if they don’t it doesn’t mean you stop. It’s just the signal that a new adventure begins from there on. Who knows, what lies ahead. Never give up!
Just take care & move on.
F is for fighter. I know today I’m loving this A for Apple, B for ball thing :). Be a fighter! Believe! Never stop! Keep going & at times when you need to ease out let those tears flow, they belong to you, they are yours…but don’t sit with them for long, you don’t want that headache.
Take care of yourself. There is life in you & every living thing needs care. Your health is the best gift you can give to others, so start taking caring of it now.
Don’t let any outside situations bother you.
Take charge. Shield yourself from all that comes. Yes, you have that control. You are the owner of your life. Make it beautiful!
