You are stronger than you think.

There is an invincible power in every person. What lacks is the realization of that power.

There is a saying  that the truth is always bitter. But it’s the bitter truth that makes one realize & see what actually exists. It’s true that we need an earthquake to shake us before we build strong homes. At the same time it’s true that earthquakes are calamities which we have no control on. You can never be prepared for it. You learn to deal with them only when you experience them. One does not value life until death encounters them.
We may be scared to go in a dark room of our own house, but if we are stuck in a dark forest all alone we will sure try ways to get out of it. The word fear or being afraid of something is very subjective. None of us actually understands what are we actually afraid of , because we react to the same situations differently at times.
The fear in us is so perishable.
Once we learn to fight our fear there is nothing that can stop us. For learning to fight with fear, we don’t have  to join any karate classes, all we need is a change in our thought process  & analyzing what is the reason behind fear? What worse can happen? When we think of what worse can happen we will realize that we are just panicking . We are not afraid of height but we’re afraid of falling. We’re not scared of dark, but are scared of what’s in it?
We can easily let go, but we are scared of accepting the truth.
Fear is a choice that we make. Running away won’t help because the fear stays within. Face it & you will realize the invincible power which lies in you.

Stand tall, be proud of yourself each time you face it.
Feel strong & keep going!

  1. “There’s so many things that life is, and no matter how many breakthroughs, trials will exist and you’re going to get through it. Just be strong.”
